Nosco. It’s all about the vast sense of “knowledge” the work of the Food-and-Wine Mediterranean School, born by will of Diocese of Ragusa and San Giovanni Battista Foundation and become today a solid reality in Southern Italy thanks to the investments of a remarkable network of institutions and firms. The direction of Nosco, whose seat is located at the restored Ancient Capuchin Convent inside the gardens of Ragusa Ibla, has been given to the chef Giuseppe Barone: the Haute Cuisine, Hall-Service, Bar and Sommelier classes that make up the well-structured didactical offer of the School combine the technical training and the deontological education of the young future cooks.
